2026 REFUND + TRANSFER POLICY
There are no refunds on our event tickets or event weekend passes. No exceptions.
If you have purchased a ticket or pass and can no longer attend, you may:
a) transferring the pass* to another attendee for our 2026 event
OR
b) transferring the value of the pass as credit towards the 2027 event.
All requests must be made in writing to register@canadasalsacongress.com by September 1st, 2026.
All transfer requests received between September 2nd and September 30th will incur a $40 transfer fee.
Transfer requests will not be accepted after October 1st.
Note: passes or credit may only be transferred once either to another attendee or as credit for the following year only, and are not transferable a second time.
*Super Early Bird Passes may not be transferred.
